I just registered — where's my email?
Check your spam/promotions folder first. If it's not there within 10 minutes, email [email protected] with the email address you registered with and we'll resend it.
I want a refund on my VIP Upgrade.
No problem. Email [email protected] with the subject line "VIP Refund" and the email used at purchase. Refunds are honored within 30 days per our Terms.
Can I get a replay if I miss a session?
Free Standard ticket holders get a 7-day replay window. VIP members get lifetime replay access — no time limit. Upgrade here.
