Building software with AI is a privilege. The way we teach, market, and serve our community has to live up to the technology we put in their hands. This Code outlines how we operate — and what you can hold us accountable to.
01Radical Honesty In Marketing
We do not promise overnight success, guaranteed income, or "passive" results. Every claim on our pages reflects what we actually believe is achievable through real effort, applied learning, and consistent execution. If we ever overstate, hold us to it.
02Value First, Always
Our free events deliver real, applicable strategy — not a teaser for a paywall. The VIP upgrade is an enhancement, not a gate that hides core information. You should walk away from the free Summit with everything you need to take action, even if you never spend a dollar with us.
03Respect For Your Data
Your contact information is yours. We don't sell it, rent it, or trade it. Period. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown of how we handle data.
04Honoring Our Speakers & Community
Speakers donate their time and expertise. We treat them with respect, give them full creative control over their session, and never compel them to endorse products they don't personally use. Likewise, we expect our community to engage respectfully — disagreement is welcome, harassment is not.
05Responsible Use Of AI
The tools we teach are powerful. We expect every member of our community to use them ethically:
- Build apps that create real value for users — not exploit, deceive, or harm them;
- Disclose AI involvement in your products where appropriate;
- Respect copyright, privacy, and the terms of the underlying AI platforms;
- Reject scams, deepfakes, and "vibe-coded" products designed to manipulate vulnerable people.
06Diversity & Inclusion
The future of software gets built by everyone. We actively seek out speakers, case studies, and community members from a wide range of backgrounds, geographies, ages, and starting points. AI lowers the barrier — we work to keep it that way.
07Standing Behind Our Work
Every paid product comes with a clear refund policy. If we don't deliver what we promised, you get your money back — see the Terms for details.
Reporting an ethics concern
If you believe we — or anyone associated with our community — has violated this Code, tell us. Email our team with the subject "Ethics Concern" and we will investigate every report personally. Retaliation against good-faith reporters is itself a violation.
