This includes all free or paid challenges, masterclasses, coaching programs, products, and virtual events (collectively, the "Services" or "Events").

By completing registration and accessing the Summit, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Scope of Agreement and Access

1.1 Acceptance

By registering for or purchasing access to any Event or Service (including the free Apps Built with AI Summit), you agree to these Terms.

1.2 Event Access

Your registration grants you personal access to the specific Event or Service you registered for (e.g., the 1-Day Summit, a 5-Day Challenge, or a Masterclass). Any costs associated with your access (e.g., internet, hardware) are solely your responsibility.

1.3 Personal Use Only

Your access and login details are for your individual, personal, non-commercial use only. You may not sell, trade, transfer, or share your paid or complimentary access with any other person. Violation of this clause will result in the immediate and permanent termination of your access to all Services without refund.

1.4 Changes to Services

The Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to change any and all aspects of any Service or Event, including content, dates, speakers, or platform technology, without liability. We will endeavor to notify registered users of significant changes via email.

2. Intellectual Property (IP) Rights and Restrictions

2.1 Ownership of Content

All content, programs, methodologies (including the "AI-to-App System"), presentations, documents, recordings, templates, and trademarks (including the name "Apps Built with AI") provided as part of the Services are the exclusive intellectual property of the Organizer and Justin Burns.

2.2 Limited License to User

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to view and use the content solely for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes to build your own application.

2.3 Prohibited Use (No Distribution)

You are strictly prohibited from recording, duplicating, transcribing, distributing, or selling any part of the content provided by the Services for any commercial purpose. This includes:

- Sharing replay links or downloaded files (Workbooks, templates) with non-registered users.

- Using the content to create your own courses, challenges, or training materials.

3. Conduct and Termination

3.1 Conduct Standards

You agree to conduct yourself professionally and respectfully in all communication channels (live chats, community groups, Q&A sessions).

3.2 Termination for Cause

The Organizer reserves the right to immediately terminate your access to any or all Services and content (without refund, if applicable) if you are found to:

- Violate Section 1.3 (Unauthorized sharing of access).

- Violate Section 2.3 (Unauthorized distribution of content).

- Engage in harassment, abusive behavior, or disrupt the Service.

3.3 Use of Likeness

By participating in any live, interactive component of the Services (e.g., Q&A sessions, video interviews), you grant the Organizer permission to record and use your voice, image, and likeness for promotional, testimonial, or content purposes without further compensation.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

4.1 Educational Disclaimer

The content provided across all Services is for educational and informational purposes only and is not intended as financial, legal, or investment advice. We provide tools and strategies; however, individual results are not guaranteed. You are responsible for applying the knowledge and assume all risk related to building your app.

4.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Organizer, Justin Burns, and its affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Services, or your reliance on the information provided.

4.3 Technical Issues

The Organizer is not responsible for technical issues arising from the attendee's equipment, internet service, or local network.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
